It's legit. I have been begging them for months to get RakeBack and I got the same email yesterday.
You were just sending emails to Full Tilt support asking them for rakeback? If that's it, just let me know.
about a month or so a go, i saw the thread on 2+2. I sent an email to fulltilt support, they said they put me on a list. yesteerday the magical christmas feel email was in my inbox.

Yes OhCaptain, I just asked support. That said, I knew I was unaffiliated. If you signed up through an affiliated I am pretty sure you have no chance.
Not nessarily, I think they are putting together a list of players who are attached to an affiliated, and trying to work something out. Its somewhere in the thread on 2+2.
I'm just one of those suckers that just signed up years ago and had no idea there was a rakeback concept.
